    Dear Sir,
    I had given my Honda Unicor 160cc bike for first free servicing at Aditya Automotive, Baner, Pune on 04/07/2015 (Job Card No: 15JC03830). They have misplaced / lost my bike original key. I dont know how they started my bike when the keys were lost. The manager Mr. Rajkumar told me my bike was tested and required servicing was done by starting my bike on direct current. I dont know how that is done, but i know they dont have authority to start my bike in any other way than the key provided, which was lost by the irresponsible people at the service stating.
    When argued for nearly half hour and meeting four different people they agreed to change the whole lock system of the bike due to risk involved because of lost keys. The same is written on my invoice slip. They agreed to replace the same by 7th july, 2015. After making more than 7 calls and visiting the service station for more than three time over a period of 21 days, today Mr. Rajkumar gave me in writing that the Order for new Lock set was placed on 10th July, 2015 and the same is not delivered to them and they cannot do anything till they receive the lock system.
    Its been more than 20 days my complaint is not resolved. These people gave order of lock set after 6 days of loosing the keys and 16 days past still its not delivered to the above mentioned service station.
    This is unaccepted and unprofessional. You people are spoiling the brand name of HONDA. another worst experience at HONDA SERVICE STATION. It take more than hour to collect the bike after servicing is complete and bike is ready for delivery.
    Hope this complain will speed up the process of resolving my complaint.

    Hello Honda,

    I have booked new Activa 3G in Sterling Honda,Chinchwad,Pune. The Manager name is Mrs. Nehal. I have very big concern with Sterling Honda service. I have visited dealer for booking but no assistance given at the time of booking Scooter.

    Today I have visited for payment and I wanted to make cash + card payment but dealer is not ready to give invoice copy of Card payment + charges(2%) .
    This is illegal I think I should report this to Income TAX of India department with your HONDA brand as at end of the day I am buying your scooter not dealer so you should have control on it.
    Awaiting for your reply. I am getting my Scooter delivery on 23rd July,2015.

    I brought the bike (Shine 125) on the month of 11th Apr 15, Yesterday I went for 2nd servicing & the service center says that the mobil has to be change else the servicing will not be done.

    So i went back & I did from outside.

    Bought new Honda CB Unicorn 160, and there is a problem of starting the bike each and every time. I have availed service but still the problem is exists. Reported the same matter on the service center at Gandhinagar-Royal Motors, Plot 143, 144, 145, Sector 21, Gandhinagar. But the issue is not yet solved.

    Need Immediate response and solution. My bike is not starting up even after lots of efforts since 2 weeks.

    मैंने होंडा निओ बाइक २४ मई 2015 को अमरपाटन जिला सतना म. प्र. के अभिसेक होण्डा एजेंसी से खरीदि. जिसके संचालक अभिसेक ताम्रकार जिनका मोबाइल नंबर 9993676313 है. एक माह बाद जब गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग कराने के लिए अमरपाटन स्थित एजेंसी गया जहा सर्विसिंग के उपरांत एजेंसी के मालिक द्वारा ३०० रुपया चार्ज लिया गया सर्विसिंग के नाम पर. क्या यह सत्य है की गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग का कोई चार्ज लगता है. अगर नहीं तो उपरोक्त संचालक के ऊपर कार्यवाही कर. मेरे द्वारा दिए गए रुपये को वापस दिलाये जाने के मेहरबानी करे.

      I service my activa from malwa service center in okhla new delhi on 1st of july & i clearly mention all issue with the guy who a note and also i inform mechanic clearly issue i faced but he not listen anything , just service simple & charge the bill for oil
      but after 2 days same issue i faced on activa
      i complaint for same again so that they register my complaint properly & checked
      but in this time also they charge for oil
      guys this is my mistake and why you charging two times in a week for oil change

      its a worst service i seen ever

    After 15000 KM my bike engine making ring type sound,and on riding I found that engine oil are coming out from silencer pipe and from engine. I made a complaint at the time of last service on 02/june/2015 and again I found the same problem. Thereafter I made complain on 03/june/2015 and they refuse to take my complaint and said this not our issue this is company issue go to company, they says after 15000 km bike creates this type of ring sound.
    I found same defect and waited for a while and found the above mentioned defects. I again went to the automobile and they received my bike but refused to receive my written complain on 3.06.2015.
    I have attached my RC and warranty card details.

    Due to above conduct of your dealer, doubt casted in my mind that the said dealer have cheated me by selling a bike with defective engine knowingly and also making deficiency in service to me as a customer. Hense I request you to replace the defective engine bike which is with the above named dealer within a week, failling which I will constrain to take selter of proper court of law for redressal on that event you are jointly severally will liable to pay cost of litigation along with cost of harassment and mental agony. Treat it most urgent..

    I had purchased honda active 125 cc on 29th April 2015 from your jaipur dealer shrerit honda and after purchasing the scooter was not properly started or sometimes stoped on the road.Today on 27th May im going for the service to that dealer and told all the problems related to the scooter to them and when I go to collect my scooter at 4 pm they r given after servicing but the problems remain unchanged.Only scooter washing would be there and they said that the work would be completed by 1 pm. Now its 6 Pm and I’m in the showroom and I don’t now how much time it will takes.You can see the pathetic services of HONDA.I’m a banker and it is full wastage of my time for more than 5 hrs.I am going to file a case against your company in the court.

    I have purchased my activa from Venetian honda Kandivali Mumbai with EXTRA assoseris for 65000/-
    I paid by cheque on 28th april & was cleared by 30th , I have requested the sales person to make deliver before 10th may since my family was going to delhi for a month on 11th may2015 , Sales person told me registration will take few days if its urgent then u can get the activa with TC number. i was Fine . they send my registration To RTO on 6th may
    payment was clear by 30th may ,why they send on 6th may there is no answer . they never deliver bike on TC NUMBER till 11th may even after my several reqeuest & personal visit to sales office. Today 13th may when visited sales office of venetian they told me my registration is ready & gave me Gate pass to deliver the activa from thier service center
    when I visited to get deliver my bike they told me That They have no imformation about extra accesories u have to contact again to sales office .
    they were not ready to contact there own sales office there harresing me & i was helpless . Then i visited again to sales office & they told me that they have already given all instruction to service centre…………. Finally have lost almost 4 to 5 hours get justice Now they have told me come after 3 days
    please help me to my problem… Bike r lying in very bad condition at thier service cum deliver place must visit & check once

    i bought Honda activa 3g on 24th apr 2015, after two days the bike compressor cylinder was damaged & engine performance was least with unpleasant sound.
    visited our area showroom they are not responding to my quires . by this i had filed a case against my dealer WITH BHAGYODAYA SHOWROOM COLLEGE ROAD HOSAPETE-583201 BALLARI DIST KARNATAKA STATE . at consumer court despite of notices they are not responding where should a consumer go.

    I would like to launch a complaint against Mr.Ravi Mishra Service Manager J.B.Honda, Anand Parvat, Delhi-5.
    I’m a owner of Honda Aviator White Colored , I bought my Scooty in late 2014. With Registration No. DL8SAP7000.
    When I came to J.B Honda for the third (3rd) service of my scooter, Mr. Ravi Mishra didn’t Allow me to watch my Scooter Being Served instead he misbehaved with me,
    When I ask him to show me a legal or written pamphlet or some piece of paper to prove the same according to the terms & policies of Honda India which Say a customer is not allowed to see the their Vehicle being served, he misbehaved again & shown disrespect for a customer which makes me to feel regret being a Honda Customer.
    I’m requesting you whoever you are from Honda please take immediate action against Mr.Ravi Mishra who don’t respect customers instead he treats them as he is talking to his servants.
    Please take immediate action to keep the faith of customers in Honda & their Reputed Customer Service.

    Bought Activa 3G on 1st April 2015 but since the purchase the Engine is having abnormal vibrations. I have visited the Simran Honda Agency in Ludhiana twice but they are not able to give me any solution.

    They are even not ready to accept that the ride is not smooth. The Image for Honda Service is really downgraded becoz of no solution to my problem.

    Dear Team ,

    It is highly disappointing to report this problem about a Bike , I did not expect to behave bad.

    I bought a HONDA CB UNICORN 150 CC on 1-12-2014.The bike was delivered on 7-12-2014.My first service was taken up on 29-12-2014. Problems reported during the first

    service and the resolution provided have been mentioned alongside for your reference.

    1–> Problem : Gear shifting makes a lot of noise while shifting up from 1st to 2nd and while lowering down from 3rd to 2nd.Also , the gear which should shift with

    just a click of pressure, needs a lot of strength sometimes while shifting.

    Resolution : Post first servicing the bike went on to be the smoothest , the way I expected it to be but UNFORTUNATELY only for a couple of kilometers.

    Repeated Problem (Instance 2): On reporting the same problem the next day at the service center at Sion , Mumbai (Parikh Automotives) , the engineer oiled the chain

    and said it would be fine now and the problem is because is yet new and has not run enough to open up. But it was disappointing to face the same problem again in a

    day.This time I did not report the issue again beliving the Engineer’s words.

    Repeated Problem (Instance 3): Today on 15-1-2015 , after 15 days of first service and an overall running of 1100 Kms , I reported the same problem and it was shocking

    to listen to this absolutely unacceptable answer below given by the Honda engineer.

    Honda Engineer: All the recently manufactured Honda CB UNICORN’s gear shifting makes the same amount of noise.

    I can bet on this that this noise is NOT NORMAL , since I have personally riden atleast 3-4 other CB UNICORN bikes that too “RECENTLY MANUFACTURED (2013/2014)” models.

    Resolution provided today : Post making the disastrous statement the engineer went on to tighten the bike chain and said this would resolve the issue , which again did

    NOT help infact worsen the condition since the bike is now making a creeking noise in the chain every time I pull in the clutch and also the bike immediately slows

    down big time on releasing the acceleration.

    2–> Problem : Bike vibrations change dramatically past 4k RPM on any gear even after 1100 Kms and one service.

    Resolution provided : NO RESOLUTION given. Engineer said bike is still new , check after 2500-3000 kms.If the issue still persists , we will take care of it later.

    3–> One more thing noted is , on every visit , every engineer changes the clutch setting . I am unable to understand , if the clutch setting was not in place WHY did

    the last engineer not identify the same in time?

    I am writing this to you expecting a quick and permanent solution to this problem as this is getting more and more irritating to take leaves from work and take the

    bike for some or other service every second day.

Most of the People here at Service centers(Authorized) do not know what to do and apart from that they are not doing the things Correctly. Most of the times i am having problems.They are simply asking to pay the money and not doing any f****ing thing. if this comment is Seen please take necessary action.

    I have given m bike on 27th Nov 2014 and my job card number 37315 Veichel number 03HQ6836 the estimated time of delivery to be collected mentioned on job card number is 29th Nov 2014. I am registering complain today i.e 30th nov 2014. My complain is if you cannot service a bike why do you have option for service. It was big mistake that i bought honda bike and given to your service center for repair. Every time i called your phone the representative advise my bike is not ready. Worst Service center is domlur service center of Haiku Honda Bangalore. They do not work on time and most of the time there service center is closed for state or center holiday. Typically Honda company has given dealership to a wrong partner i.e Haiku Honda Bangalore and spoiling its own brand name.

      I request all not to purchase any bike/scooter of has such a bad company with no accountability of their service center. Non-availability of parts and on asking, dealer used to say that part is coming from Japan……… they do not have the part then why they produce the vehicle……….

    Hi my name is sumit I am from Kolkata I have purchased cb trigger from todi Honda on 16 th August2014 every thing was going ok after few days suddenly I had fased a prob on my bike while ridding it stopped okay then I called up d serives guys for help a guy came down l said d prob after testing d guy told d bike compresser gone down I was socked it’s a new bike d guy told sometime it happen he said Cme down 2 serives center we will see d prob I went 2 serives center as they behave there is nothing worry about it they said u have 2 leave d bike 2get repair …… Repair y should I repair now it’s New y they said nothing 2 worry leave 2 US we will do our job I said ok ….. They done there job and called me up I went they said it’s ok now just Cheak I took d keys I got started I said ok again dis prob will nt arivved naaa they said naaa sir I thought ok then after a month again same prob all of sudden bike stopped again same prob again I called them up they u have 2 bring d bike 2 serives center they don’t have anything 2 help me out I went 2 serives center they again repair ed d bike after dat it was ok after 3 months now when I kick my bike 2 start where no compreser on bike engine on 18\11/14 I went 2 serives center for a mobile change d guy had seen d prob I asked him is here any prob after soon he changed d mobile he can’t abile 2 start d bike through self then tried 2 kick he also fased d prob there is no comperser I said jooo nothing I said ok after ridding I was faching some prob like slow pick up fuel prob extra extra what would I do now plz help me out otherwise I have 2 go for d case 2 forma you people have replace d engine as soon as possible my cont 9830306605….
