    The service given in your honda showroom is so worst that we cannot express it. I have. Purchased a unicorn in April this year and the battery is not working. The person incharge is saying that it would take 20 to 30days for replacement of the. Battery.

    I have a Unicorn bike after purchasing bike after one monthe the mono suspension
    not working properly
    it is a feeling , that user can feel.. but the dealer and the honda people not understand..
    i made a mistake for selecting this bike..
    the dealer said if the oil comeout from the suspension that is only suspension problem.
    other wise suspension is no problem. but what to do…
    cycle & bus and walking is best.. instead of buying one bike in india and suffer a lot.

    I hope i should have come on this site before buying the bike…

    I booked Honda CB Trigger DLX Model Black Colour with Dhruvdesh Honda, Yelahanka Bangalore dealer on 27/08/2014. Still haven’t received by bike yet, when checked with dealer they are saying company is not providing the requested bike.

    I’m dissatisfied with reply from the dealer. I dont why Honda taking time to deliever the requested bikes models to the dealer. With big name Honda it should be issue to satisfy the customer.

    Hoping from Hond to dealer it as soon as possible.

    नमस्कार,
    मेरे द्वारा की गई शिकायत पर आपके HONDA कम्पनी ने ना तो कोई ठोस परिणाम, ना ही मेरे ई-मेल पर जबाबी पर्तिक्रिया दी गई, इसका प्रमाण इंटरनेट पर भरे पड़े है, तो क्या भारत में आपको HONDA कम्पनी को सर्वोच्च वयाव्शायिक प्रतिष्ठान का दर्जा एवं भारत में ब्यापार करने की अनुमति देना चाहिए! जोकि भारतीय सुरक्षा अधिनियमों और मानकों को भी ना पूरा करते केवल पैसा कमाया ! जिसके डिजाइन और तकनीकी में खराबी हो उसको दूर कैसे किया जाए ! इसका सबसे पहला कारण है की 125 cc के इंजन कैपिसिटी का पार्ट लगाएं जाए ! ताकि HONDA की गाडियों में दुर्घटनाओं का ग्राफ रेट में कमी की जा सके ! मेरी गाड़ी में जो तकनीकी खराबी थी वो आज भी कायम है ! मेरी गाड़ी में केवल एक ही समस्याओं का ही निदान हुआ है ! केवल मुझे माईलेज सेटिंग कर कर दिया गया ! पर मेरी सुरक्षा से सम्बंधित समस्याओ के निदान पर क्या कार्यवाही HONDA कर रहा है!
    जैसा की मेरे द्वारा दी गई शिकायत जैसे :- गाड़ी का फिसलना , 30-40 के स्पीड पर गाड़ी का लहराना , टायर का ज्यादा घिसना , चेन का बार बार लुज होना , चेन में 30MM का फ्री प्ले होना , चेन से आवाज आना , हेड लाइट में प्रकश का कम होना, हैण्डल का जाम होना ,
    ये जितना भी प्रोब्लेम्स है 100 से अधिक गाडियों के ऑनर्स से बातचित , 100 से अधिक गाडियों की कंडीशन देखने , लगभग HONDA 10 शोरूम एवं सर्विसिंग सेन्टर विजिट और उनके हेड मेकिनिक के बातचीत , एवं HONDA की गाडियों की दुर्घटनाओं का ग्राफ रिपोर्ट कार्ड के आधार पर कर रहा हू !
    ये सब के कारण है HONDA कम्पनी के द्वरा पैसे की बचत करना, भले ही भारत की जनता को मौत के मुह में क्यों ना झोकना पड़े , HONDA कम्पनी को पैसा की बचत होना चाहिए ! HONDA कम्पनी एक और नीतियों पर काम कर रही है की जिस प्लान का नाम है डबल बेनिफिट्स बिजनेस प्लान ! इसमें भी HONDA कम्पनी को पैसा आता ! HONDA कम्पनी पैसा कमाने के दो तरीके अपनाया है ! ये दोनों तरीके निचे परिभाषित कर रहा हू !
    १. सर्व प्रथम लगभग 70000 Rs रूपये की गाड़ी लिए उसमे प्रोफिट लिया ! और ग्राहक को मिला क्या CB SHINE का 125 cc का दमदार इंजन, एलाय व्हील, टीयुबलेस टायर, कमजोर चेन एवं पतला चेन स्पोकेट , कमजोर लाइट , कमजोर सस्पेसन, इस सब में भी कॉस्ट कटौती किया ! जैसे की एलाय व्हील की कमजोर एवं हल्का बनाया और उसमे HONDA कम्पनी ने डाला उसमे टीयुबलेस टायर और टीयुब का पैसा बचाया और उसमे डाला कमजोर चेन एवं पतला चेन स्पोकेट और कर दिया सिंगल एक्सल कर के इन सब में भी पैसा बचाया ! भले ही जोकि भारतीय सुरक्षा अधिनियमों एवं क्वालिटी मानकों को ना पूरा करते हुए पैसा बचाया !
    २. गाड़ी रोड पर आते ही अब चालू होता है प्लान नम्बर दो डबल बेनिफिट्स बिजनेस प्लान, जिसमे गाड़ी का वजन 120 Kg और उस पर दो लोग बैठे जिसका लगभग वजन 150-160 Kg तो क्या टीयुबलेस टायर 80*100*18 size 54P का 40 psi की हवा पर 120+160=280 Kg का वजन का भार वहन कर सकता है क्या ? ??? तब चालू होता है पुर्जों का छतिग्रस्त होने का सिलसिला, कमजोर टीयुबलेस टायर होने की वजह से टायर का घिसना , टायर कटना, पंचर होना , रिंग का टूटना , चेन का बढना, पतला चेन स्पोकेट का अंडा आकार लेना , अब इसको बदलने के लिए ग्राहक या इन्सुरेंस कंपनियों से लगभग 7000-8000 Rs का पार्ट्स का बिल का पैसा डबल बेनिफिट्स बिजनेस प्लान के तहत HONDA कम्पनी को मिल जाता है ! 300 Rs रुपया की टीयुब के लिए लगभग 7000-8000 का पार्ट्स का बिल का पैसा HONDA कम्पनी को मिल जाता है! ये है पैसा कमाने का तरीका???? मै आपको एक छोटी सी 300 Rs रुपया की टीयुब और शोरूम एवं सर्विसिंग सेन्टर में रिंग का टूटना के आकड़ें के आधार पर बताया !
    अब यह देखना है की HONDA कम्पनी मेरे गाड़ी के लिये क्या कदम उठा रहा और क्या कार्यवाही कर रहा है ! नहीं तो मेरे द्वारा उठाये गए कार्यवाही के कदम बहुत ही कड़े और प्रशानिक होंगे ! मै नहीं चाहता की HONDA कम्पनी का सेल्स एवं सर्विसेज को प्रभावित करू, मै नहीं चाहता की मीडिया , सोसल मीडिया , इंटरनेट के द्वारा प्रचार प्रसार , प्रशासनिक कार्यवाही , पोस्टर से प्रचार प्रसार , ब्यक्तिगत प्रचार प्रसार करू !
    मै आपको बताना चाहुगा की मै आज उस गाड़ी पर जो की वो सुरक्षा की दृष्टीकोण से मै सफर नहीं कर रहा हू और गाड़ी खड़ी कर दिया हू क्यों की मै आपके सर्विस सेन्टर का चक्कर नहीं काट सकता ! आप इसकी स्थितियों पर फैक्ट्री मैनेजर और डिजाइन इंजिनीयर स्पष्टीकरण दे, अभी आप सभी महानुभावों से अनुरोध है की ये जितनी भी मेरी तकलीफे है उसको जल्द ही दूर करे ?????

    New Dream Yuva serious Wobbling problem
    I bought this bike on 25/11/2013 from Venetian Honda Authorized Showroom 2 wheeler bikes, Kandivali – West, Mumbai and after first service of bike, its giving serious and threatening wobbling problem and its almost unsafe now to ride this bike.
    I took it to Om Sai Honda Service Center, Charkop ,Kandivali West, Mumbai and I explained entired problem to the manage Mr. Dalbeer and Mechanic Mr. Raju for more than five times and they are unable to solve this problem, In the fourth time they had change my whole engine now it is again coming the same problem. They itself accepted that they are not able to solve this problem. Also they are not able to diagnose that what is causing this issue. Again i went to the Venetian Honda Authorized Showroom and meet Manager over there Mr. Prashant Kadam, he suggested me to take my bike to other service center ( Borivali West , Mumbai ) which is very far away from my house and it is completely pathetic and unjustifiable suggestion by them. I am very disappointed and scared to drive the bike. I bought this bike to reduce my travelling time and problems while travelling, but my problems are now increased after buying this and getting pathetic service from HONDA.
    We users are paying such big amount on bike and we are getting fooled as we are getting such pathetic service centers nearby who dont know to solve the problems. How and Why This service centers are given authorization to run the service center? After paying this much user has to do all the compromises like suffer due to these problems, wait for its correction, fear drive the vehicle and risk our own life. I paid 18k for down payment and I have paid every month installment 1731/- without any delayed for 11 months to its brand value but i got 0% safety. I want urgent and permanent resolution on this wobbling issue and if it is not sorting out I will stop my EMI immediately.

    I have purchased a Honda Activa110cc on 04th Sept 2014 from Mahipalpur, Delhi show room . As your direction after 500 km run, I send the vehicle for first free service. But they have charged Rs 580/-, which is not understood. As I know it should be on Rs 240/- as mobile price. Charging gear oil and etc is not understood.

    Dear Sir,
    This is in reference to activa (model no.-110). I would like to draw your kind attention towards the accessories which are being provided with the above mentioned model i.e. 110 by Rudra Shree Honda , Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) .
    Sir, it’s not the matter of being affordability but they are violating consumer rights. As they are forcing the customers to buy the additional accessories with the activa and charging high prices as compared to the market for those accessories .
    The information being provided by your dealer is activa costing Rs. 47800 and additional accessories costing Rs.3250 . the other charges as follows :-

    47800(activa charges)+3250(additional accessories)+200(temporary no.)+3350(registration charges)+600(additional warranty charges)+1200(united insurance)=Rs.56400

    So,Rs.56400 are according to your which he is asking for on-road prices on cash payment .
    if we get the same done from market then the activa costs us as under :-

    47800(activa charges)+1700(additional accessories)+200(temporary no.)+2500(registration charges)+600(additional warranty charges)+1200(national insurance)=Rs.54000

    As Sir you can see the price difference . Even the insurance which we are taking from outside is of ZERO PERCENT depreciation .
    First of all they are not having any type of way to talk with the customers . they are not agreeing to give the activa without additional accessories . here my attaching the audio clip with manager . the conversation which we had related to additional accessories.
    they are saying if you wants to purchase an activa of honda then additional accessories are compulsory to purchase . I too called on your toll free no. to MR. Lokesh (one ofyour customer care executive) . He advised us to mail you and our complaint no. is Q-191949 .
    I hope you will go through the issue and will provide your suitable concern . as this not accepted from such a brand like HONDA .

    rude and dictatorship behaviour of honda showroom employees
    i am an old customer of honda 2 wheelers.. Now i require a honda activa..but since this vehicle is on high demand so the honda employees (of SHREE GRAND HONDA ALLAHABAD) are not talking properly and are showing a dictatorship behaviour..They are compelling the customers to buy all accessories even if the customer dont want them and on being asked for the same they straight way suggest not to take this vehicle…The accessories are too costly and these dont come attached with the vehicle from the company still one is compeled to take the vehicle with the accessories or else not to take the vehicle..Even a wierd sticker of honda company which a person might not take it even if it is free then too one is compelled to take the sticker worth rs. 750 !!!! so pathetic….in other words since honda activa is on high demand so its employees are showing a dictatorship behaviour…if this problem persisits , i may recourse to some legal proceedings as i am a lawyer by profession…

    I purchased shine 125 disk bike from ARYA BHANGY HONDA PERUMBAVOOR ERNAKULAM Dis. KERALA on 10-07-2014. Engine No: JC36ET7053309. Before the 1st service I had a problem with engine. Also keyset complained and they replaced it. Speedometer cable also broken on 2023 KM.

    I noticed the service centre about the engine issue 3 times. When I change the gear 3rd to 4th the engine getting sound like it’s in neutral gear and when I released the clutch the gear turn to 4th with broken sound. And when down the gear 4th to 3rd it seems no gear there. When released the clutch same sound the getting gear down.

    I complained about this issue they told me all shine bike have this problem, just release the clutch slovenly you can ride easily. But it always seems the same problem. Then I contact with Manager on the service centre. He told me it’s a common issue when taken a new bike, it will solved around 4000km. I derived my friend’s bike, they don’t have like problem anytime. I’m not satisfied their service.

    I’m driving my bike 45-50KM/hr. I get average 82 KM mileage when I purchased. Recently got average 65KM mileage. I’m happy about that.

    I’m totally disappointed with the gear system. Hope you will take necessary action. Please do it as soon as possible.

    Just wanted to share one incident with Silicon Honda. Last Month when I gave my Bike for service, they charged me for Oil change, and the same day I Had been to Shell Petrol Bunk to get petrol filled and the service person said some oil strains on the engine and better to check the same. So I asked them to check the oil level and they said oil is not been put, they had just put some oil on the engine to look like they have added oil. I was very upset I went back to silicon service center I spoke to Service advisor Anand, he opened up and saw that the oil wasn’t there. Then He blasted one of his mechanic and he put the oil in front of me. I was thinking it might be the mechanic who missed it and left it. But later I came to know that all of them at this service center are grouped up to do this. They charge for Oil change every service and they put oil every alternate service. Since we could have enrolled in the program which they have – AMC, we need to give the vehicle for service every 2 months. So they used to charge every 2 months for Oil but they used put oil once in 4 months. I was very upset and I called in Manager Guru Mahesh and said the same to him, but no reaction from him also.
    So Friends if at you are u going to silicon again, please verify the oil change or any other parts like Break Shoes etc from outside after the service is done. I have decided for all the vehicles at our house I will be going to other service centers. Share this with your friends so that they can take precautions….

    Dear sir,

    I SHARAN SHENAVA Purchased [Honda Dream Yuga from KANCHANA Honda kankanady mangalore / Reg. No:- KA.19.EL.1748](ENG NO-JC58ET3293594 CHASSIS No-ME4JC589CET106475) on 27/03/2014 invoice No.13INO1731. I have been experiencing problem with the chain socket from day One/Even before the first service I had this problem.

    Even though I brought this problem to the notice of the service manager no definite steps were taken to resolve this and the problem continued. [The chain started slipping again I fell off from my bike two times] This continued even after the second service. The problem has continued & it real bad now. Its been 4 days now that I have left my bike at the service centre.

    In the beginning they told as they are going to change the whole unit & we have to pay for it. Then they told us they are going to replace it for us for free. I don’t want to get any of this done because the supervisor of the service centre himself tells us the new unit which they are going to install want last for more than 7000kms.

    In this period of 6 month had to leave my bike in the middle of nowhere & find a another mode of transport. I had to take & local technician to fie the chain & they get the bike. It night seem a small problem to you people, but for small person like me whose life depends on the bike because I have to sad whole day for my livelihood this is very serious. When we buy a bike with such a big brand name of us & when we do it with so much expectation it’s really hard breaking when this happens.

    All I want now is to get rid off that bike. All I suggest is please give me my cash back or given me a bike of us own company which descent give me this problem & doesn’t throw me out of the bike every now then

    Please whole into this matter, Iam writing this to you because I am really tired. Please consider.

    This is ramachandran from devakottai, sivaganga dist, tamilnadu.i purchased a bike CB UNICORN IN HARITHA motors madurai on 03/08/2014 reg no: tn 63 av 9187 and the engine no : kc09e86791717.i went to Devakottai meenu honda office for first service on 25/08/0214. after finishing the first service i took my bike on that evening but the sppedometer cable is cut on 27/08/2014. so i went to meenu motors to change the cable because the bike had warranty .but the manager told me to pay the charges for the cable.i asked the manager the bike has the warranty.but the manager never accept it.then i called the haritha motors .they are also dont bother it.then i asked the manager of meenu motors to changed the speedometer cable.but he scolded me in bad words.please take necessary action on this compliant otherwise i will go to consumer court to file a case on honda motors.

    Hi, I have complained to mechanics/engineers at service station at Mohali/Chandigarh 4 times every time they just replace spark plug or just clean the carburetor/ air filter but problem is still there. As per my known and experience there is electric/earthing problem in wiring/engine there was a charge of like 40/60 watts, second another problem is it only happens during wet conditions. But i think no one is aware of this kind of problem(not enough skilled) either they are not willing to do this. Yesterday again I just give my byk to service at Honda Service Center (Mohali) again they replaced spark plug and in today morning the same problem was there.

    so i recomended honda activa for my friends and relativies. now my family is owning 4 activa’s. Before 5 months we purchased Honda activa from Mansarovar honda, 100 feet road , velachery. on july 2014 this new vehicle got damage in both side(hit and run case) we gave this vehicle for accidental job at Mansarovar honda before 15 days till now our vehicle is not delevered. This work is incomplete only one side is repaired but the other side is not painted supervisor has filled the claim form for ICICI claim. But now
    supervisor is saying that surviour does not pass the qutation for other side and surviour says that supervisor other side is not mentioned in claim form and qutation. Manager of mansarovar motor does not solve this issue and insteed he is trying to hide the mistake of service advisor and saying complain about us. Manager must try to solve the problem not to grow every body does mistake in their job but they must face the problem and find solition for problem . Manager told us that service adviser is absent and he will call us back for enquiry with service advisor but now he is asking F I R copy for investigation. F I R is not must for all vehicle but i don’t know why this manager of mansarovar is growing this issue. so please try to solve this problem my

      All over India Every Honda Dealer charge 3-4 times more on accessories. You can ask for without accessories, because it is not compulsory. But mostly Activa booking is too much high that why it is not available in most of the showroom. that why the charge for extra, needed person pay that rest are not.

    I m facing lot of problem with the silencer from the past 6 months.
    The problem is muffler inside silencer got damaged and making my drive uneasy. Whenever I go ask for a new one at PGL HONDA Mr. Gyana simply say that the stock is not available.
    And we people are facing many problems. My warranty is getting expired soon. I want immediate action on this. Customer service is also very bad.
    Before I pass it to higher authorities I want immediate action.

I handled bike to service in dindigul. They are repaired and gave me but the bike was not good. They are not worked and high bill. I am worried and not satisfied with it. Here dindigul honda service center was worst serivce. Can you reply me for thos complaint? . Cancel the service dealing with them. It is not complaint this is warning. If you loose this after 5 months your company meets to down in dindigul.

    This is Customer from hoskote, Bangalore. I bought red color HONDA STANDARD TRIGGER on 01-Jan-2014 from Wings Honda, Hoskote, Bangalore.

    I am totally dissatisfied with bike performance and its mileage. The bike is skidding when we apply brakes even in 40 km speed. I met twice with accident because of this problem. The brakes are not up to the mark. While applying brakes, bike is giving jerks. I’m afraid to ride more than 50km speed. It’s really pathetic that 150cc bike unable to ride more than 50 km speed because of skidding by applying brake. The main concern is the rear brakes which is disgusting for me. There is no rear mud guard which need to protect the engine from water and rust. There is no space for Ladies grip in the back seat.

    I have checked with the dealer to install the CBS version brakes to the standard model. They are charging 12000/- to install the CBS version brakes. Standard model bike price is 85000/- and CBS model is 92000/-. If i need to install CBS version brakes, I need to pay 12000/-. Already I paid 85000/- for the Standard model bike, and again 15000/- for the CBS version brakes. Do you think that it’s worth of paying 12000/- to install the CBS version brakes?.

    Either exchange the bike with the CBS or do the alternative needful like installing the CBS version brakes to the Standard model.

    I have a big trust and Belief on Honda bikes fully but this Honda Trigger Standard model disappointed me a lot. Going forward please stop selling the Standard model of 150cc segment bikes.

    Another example of worst quality of honda mopeds is Honda dio which gets heat on run of more then 12kms engine does not starts off and till the engine gets cool down. is this what honda is known now for just a worst quality.

    Complaint for Services Offered by Pratik Honda Service Center, 13/13, Plot No 81, Sector 50, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai – 400706

    I am having AMC for my Honda Activa Scooter with the above Service center.

    My complaints are as follows:
    1. Complete Mismanagement, as no one takes any responsibility if any issue arises or we ask for an explanation. Ultimately Customer suffers.
    2. Poor and delay Service by this branch.
    3. Mostly Unskilled workers are present in this Service Center
    4. Voluminous work is taken but no proper attention is given to single Bike. The funda is more Bikes = more money. Quality of service suffers.

    Required to improve proper customer service or close this unit.
    If Honda company wants to keep it reputation intact, my advise would be to make some surprise visits and after that if there is some truth in the above complaints, Appropriate Action can be taken.

    I replaced my bike clutch plates on 13-Apr-2014 with over roll fully paid service from RACE HONDA @ Hasanpur Depot, Delhi and paid Rs. 5600. After a month my bike cylinder kit has been damage due to bad service by centre. Although i have a extended warranty for 5 year but did not much supportive.
    Today i paid Rs. 6500 to Rohit Automobile toward replacement of cylinder kit.
    Please take serious action on Race Honda.

  79. This is to inform you that in Faizabad the Sardar Honda Two Wheelers agency is performing soo bad that the customer are supposed to go back from the agency without getting the required information which they want.
    I want to request you to kindly take an immediate action against this
    I have purchased Activa and after 10 days they are saying the server of honda company is down so we are unable to give you the paper of your Scooty and that’s why the registration is still in process and its not completed yet
    in Faizabad Sardar Honda Agency,there is no A.C,even there is no fan for the customers
    So kindly take action and make service fast because here everybody is busy in his own work and they did not give any response to the customers and they think the customers sitting in the agency are fools.

    Now what to do we are trust in HONDA company ..but your dealers are making funniest mistakes not willing to solve the issues …not only our bike .. there are more than 6 people toady fighting with these service people in this dealer.

    Please take action appoint experienced Honda service people .. because their mistake you should not loose customers ..

    In 16.11.13 dated servie, the fault is speeda meter not working.. Problem is in the front wheel penion. But your people changed the Front panel comp. cost is Rs.589. Is it correct method???

    In this period Regularly your people changing Air filter . 2times Kitrace streeting changed.

    In chennai , your service is good. But in village side You do like this mean?? you think that ”villagers are fools.. we can do anything. Nobody can ask us” mentality?????

    Not only me, I hear a lot of sounds in your service center lot of times..

    People like Honda. But not this much of problems in your service

    every time when i go to service center i describe the details regarding discrepancy but till that in no any single service the agency rectify the same discrepancy…..i beleive that honda has suppyed me defective piece……because within 1.5 year there was deffect in tyre (AIR BUBBLE) and my byke battery has gone…..I was listen that honda byke is very good…but realy not satisfied with agency.and service center…

    every time as i call i found same response every time from mr. kayuum

    I have CB Unicorn, on 14-Jan-2014 I had an minor accident on the same day I have given my bike to your service center at V L Motors (Om Sai Honda) Shop No 4,5,6 & 7, Dheeraj Heritage Residency 1, Near Paliwal Milk Centre, Shastri Nagar, Link Road Extension, Santacruz West, Mumbai – 400054.

    I got my bike back on 7-Feb-2014 almost 1month after, my bike is CB Unicorn whereas the left side panel (below seat) which was to be replaced was replaced with unicorn and not with CB Unicorn due to which the alignment above tail light is not proper and tail light is also started shaking when I told this problem to the executive Mr. Tushar who was handling my bike he replied there is no difference between Unicorn and CB Unicorn panel the original panel is original and after replacement the alignment would differ so I asked him then what is the difference between the authorized dealer and a road side shop?? the alignment I would get from road side shop would be same which I don’t wanted to that is the reason I have come here then he told me to take the delivery and the panel will be replaced to CB Unicorn on Wednesday (19-Feb-2014) and all problem (tail light & panel) would be resolved from Wednesday to Friday he dint received my call (I was calling on contact no: 02226611192) on Friday when I manage to contact him he gave me another date Monday (17-Feb-2014) total harassment and since monday I am trying to call him he not contactable, the female who receives the call claims he is out he will give you a call once he is back in 10 to 15mins but till date I haven’t received his call.

    I feel like a have been cheated this is the worst / pathetic service I have ever received by any service provider in my entire life.

    Attached is the photos of my bike with different panel and lose tail light, and attached is the bill copy wherein you have charged me for accidental labour charge of Rs. 900/- and Fork alignment charges of Rs. 650/-, I wanted to know what alignment have you done????? And for such kind of pathetic service you charge Rs. 900/-?????

    Request you to kindly check the issue and reply back as to when will the side panel would be change to CB Unicorn and issue of alignment and tail light would be resolved.

    Hope to receive an early reply on the action taken on this as it is bound to affect the Co Motto of Customer Satisfaction.

    My name is Rajmohan G. I had purchased a HONDA CB TRIGGER Bike (Reg No KL07BZ4772)from EVN HONDA , Cochin Kerala on 29-01-2014. It was a full payment purchase. They told me that the bike registration will be completed within 4 days after purchase and ready for delivery. I told them that it can be delivered by 01-Feb-2014. But when I came for receiving my bike on 01-Feb-2014 I found out many problems with my bike.
    There was a hole with rust in the silencer side. The delivery service person told me that it may happen when the bike delivered to the show room. Then I noticed that there were so many nuts and bolts with rust and dust. The bike seems so old and it seems like it has gone through so many rain and heat. Also the crash guard seemed like it had faced some accident. There were so many scratches.
    I asked them to change all these things and then only I will accept the delivery. They told me that they won’t be able to complete it on that day and because next day was Sunday they will deliver the bike on Monday 03-02-2014. I accepted it and I took a leave on 03-02-2014 just to take my new bike from show room. But when I came on that day, I noticed that they haven’t changed anything. It was just the same. I asked the service person and he told me that his supervisor told him no need to change all these thinks and these thinks will happen. I got angry and complaint the manager about this issue and he told the supervisor to fix all these issues and change part. Again they told me that it will take one more day so please come on next day. Today was the day my bike should delivered to me, but I won’t be there to accept it because I am working in Trivandrum city. I asked my friend to collect the bike for me but he told me that till now it is not delivered to him.
    I hope this kind of situation doesn’t happen to any of Honda customers. These people I met on that show room are irresponsible, idiots, they have no value for customers. They don’t value Honda brand. The customer support team is not that helpful. They don’t know what is happening in that show room. Service person doesn’t have any qualification regarding automobile. Those people are from other state, from my research I came to know that they are hired because they only need lesser salary and local service people are very expensive to hire in Cochin area.

    Please do something about these issues. Otherwise Honda value will be lost because of worst service experience.

    My side cowl n right plate of the headlamp is damaged n gearbox is loose..
    I had a round to all the service stations n there they telle ” sir company is not sending parts”…

    I feel like I own a Chinese mobile that doesn have service..

    My gear box is still screwed up and I have to sticker my bike to hide the damage

    The service workers talk to us like we are beggars when we try to explain them problem AND DO NOT REPAIR PROPERLY OR DO NOT INSTALL PARTS…

    M planning to sell off the bike for sub standard rate beacuse M tired of going to service stations like M visiting temples..

    Even my brother contacted service centers in bangalore..
    NO is the reply…

    WHY HONDA WHY… You make good n refined bikes n provide Uber poor service… No parts.. No competant people to manage your service stations…

    i have bought a Honda CRF 250 L here in Turkey on date 18.11.2013 from ORDU A.Ş HONDA/Manisa Turkey.
    On date 28.12.2013 while i was travelling with my bike,on a muddy surface i dropped the bike on mud on very low speed.
    Somehow the handlebar of the bike damaged.
    So i took the bike to Local Honda here in Ceshme/İzmir and ordered a new handlebar.

    After 1 week,new handlebar has ben assambled to my bike.İ took my bike and while i was travelling again i noticed that my bike was constantly dragging to right.So i took my bike back to Honda Service and we noticed that my bike’s chassis/main frame was damaged also.
    So i called HONDA TURKEY and pointed out that i didnt have an accident that it could damage the chassis of my bike.When you look from outside there is no evidence that my bike had a major wallop?

    So what i want is that Honda Turkey understands my issue here and fixes my Bike under the 2 years of warranty.

    Honda Turkey is not willing to fix my bike under warranty.

    i am dimending an investigation considering my unjust treatmant.

    I bought Honda Unicorn Bike on October 2012 from Lakshmi Honda, Madurai. I am having issues right from day one. The day when we got the bike, it started turning off in slow speed. So we brought the bike back the dealer and complained about the issue. They told us that it will get resolved if we keep driving the bike. We trusted their words. It happened again and again even after a month. So we gave the bike to the same dealer from where we bought the bike for the first service reporting the same issue. But the issue was not resolved.

    And then we brought the bike to Chennai since I am working in Chennai. And it happened again. Also the mileage was very very poor. It gave 25-30 in the city limits and it gave 30-35 in highways. So we brought the bike to Didar motor which is in mount road, Chennai for the second service. And the issue was not resolved.

    Since I went out station for few days, I missed the free third service. And for the final service, I gave it to Kun Honda, Thiruvanmiyur and reported the issue. But still the issue was not resolved. And the final free service was completed.

    Then we gave the bike to Mansarovar Honda, Velachery reporting the same issue. We gave the bike thrice to them and the issue is not resolved.

    So we called and spoke to a person named “Senthil” from Lakshmi Honda regarding this. They asked us to bring the bike to them so that they can fix it. I brought the bike to them on December 27th 2013 and reported the issue.

    A mechanic from Lakshmi Honda inspected the bike and told us that they need to check the entire wiring and the engine head. Also they told us that it will cost us Rs.8000/- for this.

    Also I am afraid that the bike will not be fine once we open the factory assembled engine and it will keep on giving issues.

    I am not ready to spend any more money on this bull shit bike and I need solution for this. So I am writing this complaint to the head office hoping that I will get a solution for this.

    I wrote this to you already when the bike was in the warranty period and there was no reply. So I am writing it again.

    I am planning to take this legally and I planning to close the sales on that particular showroom until the case gets resolved.

    Sir,

    I had purchased a Red CBR 250R (ABS) (MH 02 CM8700) dated 12/12/2011.

    I had taken my bike to Venetian Honda service centre in Borivali (Authorized service Centre) on dated 4/12/2013 as there was some trouble in starting.

    On the second day we got a call that the bike’s fuel pump was the cause and it required to be changed, for which they told that the charges will be Rs.21478/- including taxes. For this we had to pay that amount. (Bill & Receipt enclosed).

    As my bike is under standard warranty for two years & I have also taken extended warranty covering 5 yrs. I would like to know why I am being charged for the parts and labour, if I am covered under warranty.

    I took the bike on 12th December, 2013. Immediately after taking it out from your service station, I noticed bike was overheating. For this I took the bike again to the service centre. This bike was given to me without any test drive.

    My bike is with them since a month from 4/12/13 till date & now they are telling me that we have to changes the radiator because of overheating problem. & I agreed for the same. But again they told me it’s not covered under the warranty.

    Initially while giving the bike I had also complained about the ABS not working so they told me that the wire had perished and has to be replaced and we agreed, but till date they kept me informing that the wire and other spare parts are not available & still my bike is with them since almost a month.

    Looking into the above matter, I want refund for all the charges paid towards the spares and labour as they are covered under warranty & not to charge if there are any other charges Incurred for the repair.

    Do treat the above matter as most urgent & let us know the action taken from your side.

    I’m a huge fan of Honda India and have used an Activa the very first gen,
    Eterno 150 still in use again the first gen and last the Honda unicorn 2007.

    Very satisfied with these models as they have been giving consistently good mileage with average maintainanence costs.

    I would like to know if Honda India is planning on a cruiser for India over the coming months or years.

    My suggestion would be a good 200cc/250cc engine with latest tech in terms of electrical and speedo meter looks with digital bits and a good spec tyres with unique looking alloy wheels and cool looking exhaust which I’m sure would bring the sales up by a huge margin and a serious competition for Avenger and Enfield’s.

    A rebel 200 perhaps with modified bits and features is sure to change the game in the Indian cruiser segment of bikes.

    Do let me know your thoughts in this matter.

    I have purchased honda cbr 150r 8 month ago in goa bicholim showroom bike no.Ga 04 k 6361. it has a “class a” defect i.e filling water in front light.i had shown in showroom ,instead of replacing it they had applied glue on borders,+ for every servicing i had reported Gear shifting problem,they is to just tighten the chain nothing else,but during 3rd servicing they found out that oil was not supplying to gear box. now my bike is with them for almost a month still saying “parts not came from company”.

    bike. i got surprised, the visor was broken and speedometer and fuels meters are not working and Bike lock went inside of speedometer.Instead of changing the oil, they disassembled speedometer. i don’t know why they disassembled visor & speedometer for changing oil.

      I am P.Prabhakar Reddy having Unicorn Vehicle Reg. no AP29AU5456. Purchased in the year 2012 . I had extended warranty to my Engine total for 2+3=5year.
      The Service you render is very poor. Last month had happend the delivery time as 6’clock and the time I had received my vehicle at 7’oclock.

      Recently in my previous service the Service Executive told me that white smoke some problem with the engine. and he told me 2years or 32000km. My Vehicle had
      crossed 33000km and not that showroom somajiguda showroom had been closed

      I am having my last 6month Job card date and service no. With me I had given my bike today at Punjagutta show room beside NIMS hospital at hyderabad and service seem to be very poor Your Service executive doesn’t give proper response. he want to get an approval and for the bike to get service it take 7 days . Are you providing me free service or what. I will go the consumer court along with my all document and I am Service Invoice.

      Today I had given my bike for service and not even got the service.. nor your person seem to busy… lack on negligence and no proper response…
      Your providing the service for which I am paying it….

      Why you people had given me the Extended warranty …..
      Very poor service not at all happy with the service…
      I stay in malkajgiri near my locality no service centre. at ecil and tarnaka far away….

    it has been 6 days since my vehicle PY-01-BU-3471 HONDA ACTIVA has been at the MOHAM HONDA SERVICE STATION – PUDUCHERRY for a complaint regarding a noise from the engine. The problem started from the 3rd month of my vehicle purchase date and since then i have given my vehicle for atleast 7 times for complaint service. The persons there are not responding properly and they have no knowledge regarding the vehicle. They have dismantled my engine several times thereby destroying the quality of the vehicle yet they are not able to come up with a solution. They have been testing me vehicle by changing all the parts and recently they claim to charge me 1500/- for some clutch replacement with was completely alright and still the engine is not ready. now when the one year time period is over with my vehicle just run for about 4900 kms they say that your warranty time period is over and u shall not get any claims. Its been such a bad experience with MOHAM HONDA – PUDUCHERRY and Honda as well. couple of times i was asked to drop my vehicle without issuing any job card. I would kindly ask the higher officials to look into this matter and guide me in this regard. The manager at Moham Honda is not allowing me to meet the owner / Managing Director and hence i am unable to contact the right person and place my issues. He hasn’t done the job upto my satisfaction level. He used local quality paint and moreover he don’t have any denter and painter in his workshop. He repaired the activa from local mechanic, and charged me for original honda work. I am shocked that if honda has this type of dealers.

I don’t know all the showrooms are like this.But my showroom i purchased the bike has completly irresponsible.

    In my first service (12/09/2013),they made scratch on my bike,one of my indicater light was gone on washing in the part of their servicing.They said that it will be replaced, but did’t replaced until now.I went to the showroom 3 times,they said that the bulb was out of stock.I called the customer service section 4 times,they were speaking very carelesly,and cutting the phone before i complete my enquiry ( i never shout or don’t do any quarrel speech ).My shwroom details as follows.
    Vahini honda,Karunagappally,Kollam,Kerala,India.(dealer Code: KL050001)They are the only dealers in my district.What can i do?.

    Plese don’t take it as only a one customer complaint.The majority Customers not satisfied with their sevice.

    I am an owner of Toyota vehicle also.You must need to look and copy thier servicing and relation with the customer.

    I am using honda activa for last years. It was really gud when it was new. But as the paid services has started the service become worst. The people from Bhasin Honda are not able to recognize a minor problem. I am not having a big trouble with the scooter. But I want my scooter in a good condition ever. As I make services done on time. There is noise issue in sccoter. the noise is not so much but it disturbs me a lot. If I am paying the charges, If I am geting services done in time then why any of sound should come? I had taken my scooter 3 times for the same problem. But still problem is there.
    Even bhasin’s guys used to say it will remain same.
    My question is why it will remain same?
    I must say worst service they provide. It does not matter how they treat me personally but it matters a lot how they treat my scooter.
    Customer can be happy with the services you provide to his/her vehicle not with the service you provide to him/her.

    I’m absolutely not happy with the way my bike was serviced. I booked CBR on August 3rd from EVM HONDA KAKKANAD and paid down payment of 80000. The bike was said to be delivered on 29 August but dint got the same date, and got it on the next day. On delivery the saree guard was not fitted and they said they will fit the same on first service. They told they will drop in a call for 1st service reminder. I called in after 20 days enquiring about Saree Guard. They said it is not on stock and said they will call back once it is available. Today(21/10/2013) I took my bike for 1st service. Now they are saying time expired and they couldn’t do a free service and I will have to pay for the entire service. I got a bill of 811 rs. I’m very disappointed with the way the people in showroom are behaving. I spend 1,80,000 rs for this Bike in expectation that Honda is now best in industry. That is why i dropped plans about KTM duke 390 and Kawasaki Ninja 250 . I’m feeling really unhappy about the way i was treated. Continuing with my service climax- I got a call today at 5 Pm saying Bike is ready, please come and collect it. When I reached the show room and paid the bills, they said bike needs to be water serviced (They even charged me 100 RS ) I waited till 5:50 PM and when i got my Bike it was like dipped in water, atleast they should have dried. I’m expecting Honda to give me a call ASAP and address the issue or advise an alternate service centre.I’m literally kicking my self for purchasing my bike from here.

    first of all I would like to mention that I have an activa from 3 years, luckily I had taken tat from some other dealer not the one whom I have grievance about.

    I had booked a dio in the planet honda showroom, rajajinagar. there people when they wanted money called immediately and asked to make payment and to take the delivery after 3 days. I made the payment immediately and kept waiting for their response. but there people never turned.

    Its a shame that none of their contact numbers are working. there was one mobile number which I kept trying, but she only tells tat I will call back and again I got no response.

    after 12days I got a call and they told tat bike is ready for delivery pls come and collect it. I went after 2 days and there again I was told tat its not ready.

    this is shameful on their part to give such an awful service. I have filed a complain against this branch in the consumer forum. and the manager there is so adamant and rude.

    I strongly advice people NOT TO GO FOR PLANET HONDA , rajajinagar !

    I had purchased my honda city iv-tech in the sense that the service and parts of your car is remarkable but i was proved wrong by your service as your dealer delayed my car delivery schedule and also the very next day my car crashed down due to manufacturing default which is the worst part to purchase such a costly car and it doesnt even resist.

    I brought activa from panvel sharayu honda showroom. But i get bad service from support team specially from sales executive (Mr. Sanjay Morya) except manager. Which create where bad image of HONDA brand because of such people. I observed that sales executive don’t have proper knowledge about product. Even they do not reply to mails for queries e.g. quotation. Most important think if i paid full amount of any product how could be possible increase in cost at time delivery? which is beyond my thinking(without any intimation). For delivery purpose we have take follow up n number of time(sirji mera gadi aaya kya?). Finally i got my key after more than 3 months paying more cost even after that my honda activa suffering never end because i got my vehicle without mirror & executive Mr. Morya told me that its not part of vehicle if you want you have to pay extra charge which is very weird. For each & every query i had to visit manger then what is use of such executive. Because of this i have to think 100 times to buy any HONDA product in future. Hope you will take necessary action.

    I Purchased the Honda Activa HET on 15/03/2013 in Planet honda bangalore, the odo is showing 3800 kms, 3rd service is also completed recently, i the performance and fuel efficiency is also good, but “i facing one problem from the first service, ie irritating rattling sound in front part of the body”, i mentioned this problem with service center guy, he told that these kind rattling sounds are common in Activa’s metal body, he suggesting that give it for body alinement(body workshop) and it cost me 500 Rs, but i thought why should i pay it its not at all my fault its manufacturing fault.

    I hope Honda is maintains its quality in manufacturing products which can sustain in indian road conditions & and honda people will address my problem also.

    I have Honda dazzler bike and i used this bike from the year of 2011 (single hand) and my bike kilometer is 10280 only running. I service my bike regularly one dealer “JSP HONDA ANNA NAGAR CHENNAI”. But now my bike engines have lot of problems like
    1. Engine noise
    2. engine vibration
    3. Low mileage (1.25 Ltr = 37 Kms only)
    I already intimate service centre these issues are following from the service of

    But they have don’t solve my problems on service then the result
    1) Engine bore damage
    2) Value damage

    Now the “JSP HONDA ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI” say we are not responsibilities for this problem if you want avoid the issues replace the spare parts and mount new one. There only thing is sale the fitting accessories only. I am totally disappointed. Plz solve my problems

    I have purchased Honda Aviator from Samartha Motors , Lonavala – 410 401 ( Pune – Maharashtra ) dated on January 2013. I have received the Aviators 1 week after the date of booking and at that time the Aviator was showing the reading of running 90 kms, when I asked the dealer how it is 90 kms the Aviator showing the running reading after that he replied, it has to be brought from Pune, which is 60 kms from Lonavla and said if I would have been removed the reading cable of the Aviator than how you would have been known the readings of the running kms, otherwise take your check and go !
    at the time of first serving the Aviator had the problem of Pick up ( Vibration Problem ) and was sounding uncommonly as if friction is going somewhere in the Aviator. For the first servicing the reason for my complained was explained to me that Friction of Rubber and the problem of Pick up was explained due to full accelerator. At the time of second servicing, the above mentioned dealer phoned me four times for Servicing the Aviator and comment me that he will solve the problem. After the second servicing also the same problem is repeating and the third servicing is not done till yet, since I think the dealers are not giving the services properly, Today when I went to the dealer for the servicing, and told the dealer that sir my problem is not yet solved, he replied (1) There must water in the Fuel Tank.when I ask him how it is possible sir if the tank is fully covered after that he said in Aviator it is possible. After few moment he called his fitter and asked him to check my Aviator, then I complained to Fitter (1) Injestion Lock is not working (2) Horn is Sounding very low (3) Focus light is not working properly (4) Front wheel is rusted from the corners. Fitter told me that Injestion , Horn, Glass of meter box have to be change.
    so than I asked the fitter all this replacement of the above mentioned parts is possible in the warranty period, he said it is not possible sir company only provides warranty for Aviator engine you have to cash for all the parts which has to be replaced except Engine. so I have not given my Aviator for servicing. So please sir cooperate me and tell me what to do the further step.

    No matter honda is a great company but the services of honda is pathetic, disgusting.

    I had purchased my activa (HET MODEL) on 13th may 13 and after getting the for the 2nd service I found various deep scratches this was done on 2nd service and after complaining also there was no action taken place by them. Even suspension were not in a good condition and the department of RAJPAL HONDA BHOPAL had no manners to talk to a customer very pathetic service also when I said them for the suspension they said we will fix it but they haven’t said they are taking for 3rd service. They have done my 3rd service just after a month or 10-15 days. Even if they say your vehicle would be ready till 6:00 that don’t means they will give at 6:00 they will give it at 7:00 very very poor services. I would appreciate the company if the services were also good as it is in cars the quality of services given by them is good but two wheelers not at all satisfied.

    My name is Ramesh Shaw., I have booked a Honda active on 2nd of June 2013 while booking they told me waiting period is three months after three month you will get a call for full payment, I dint get any call from the showroom, I call to the show room then they have asked to come for full payment, after making full payment I have been told that I’ll get the delivery on 13 which I wanted to.
    On 9th of Oct I have confirmed the delivery date over the phone and they have confirmed that I will get the scooter on 13th. but suddenly yesterday I got the call from them that they would not be able to deliver the scooter on 13th rather on 22th. I have been waiting for last four month for this scooter to get the delivery on 13th but at last movement they and saying if u want to get payment back get it.
    It looks like I have been cheated by Venetian Honda Kandivali Mumbai.
    They are giving the delivery for their near and dear ones.

    Please do the inquiry and let me know the procedure for inquiry for June/2013 month Honda Activa booking how many delivery are pending?

    Please look into this matter ASAP.

    I had purchased honda shine motor cycle on 11/02/2013 from one of your dealer (SAPHIRE HONDA) near BG road ,at Bangalore no of the vehicle is KA51EF1547 , but after two days its engine oil getting leakage and I describe the complaint at the time of 1,2,3 servicing It will take care of service center super vises and manager but, after I get my vehicle every time the problem was remaining as same I am very disappointed, once again I complained that my vehicle was not rectified and I have left my bike in the service center 3 times(Within 30 days) after completion of 3 regular services and 3 times complained against issue again the problem remain same. They did not solve the problem with 6 time’s services. My bike’s free service is not over what can I do now?

    2. Another issue is the vehicle’s mileage which is very poor in both city and out of city provinces. Actual mileage of the bike is 60kmpl but my bike is giving very poor mileage 45kmpl it is very poor performance in city I am driving very properly In spite of that it is not at all good.

    Please solve the above mentioned issues as soon as possible. And my 4th servicing not done .so I requested you to kindly take necessary action and do the needful.

    Please let me know the oil leakage is due to manufacture problem or service issue and do find the justification asap. Waiting for your reply.

    I bought my byke (Honda Shine) on 28th Jun 2013, i just completed the 1st service, and waiting for the second service, i cover nearly 850km, but my byke milage was very low, its giving only “40 kmpl”, if its giving milage like this means i could have buy some sports model, no need to choose shine, for mileage purpose only i choose the shine, but im getting only 40kmpl.

And when she went to another showroom after this misbehavior this guy being a manager, misused his position and even after collecting a sum of 5k your sales force at kanke road denied her to sell the same because of the threat from this guy.

    kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible or i will take this matter to upper level management. Hope you understand the impact of negative word of mouth and customer unsatisafction for an organisations.

Had very bad experience with representative from Srinivas Colony, City Honda (Near KH Road). Reached service station at 01:05 PM to purchase 25 spare parts. Representative said that the spare part section is closed for lunch till 02:00 PM. Sharp at 02:00 PM, Checked with the same representative and she said that the clock is wound 10 minutes late and I have to wait. After 10 minutes (02:10PM) went to the spare part section and when asked for the spares, Representative said that they are not available. When asked why doesn’t they keep stock, He (Srinath) said that I can only buy spares which is available in shrill tone. If there is no spare parts, How do you expect us to give the bike for service and expect that they have changed all the parts which is required within the engine were we cannot inspect after service.

    This is just once instant. I always had issues with the honda service station. Once I had given my bike of full bike service as I had seized my bike engine. They charged close to 13 thousand rupees. After a month of riding within 50 Kmph, had issues with the bike. Took it to a local mechanic. Since I did not want to get cheated again, I sat next to the mechanic through the duration of fixing my bike engine. Found that the valve guides were stuck to the bore head using araldite (Adhesive for metal parts). The only I am still baring with Honda is because of the bike.

    When I tried to raise a complaint using the official website, the page just refresh with all the details keyed in but there is no acknowledgement of the complaint being logged. There is no complaint number of email address I see. Pathetic is all I can say. I will definitely change my bike from Honda to something else.

    done, only spring had been changed.& I am being charged unneccery .

I bought the vehicle in may 2013. for the first service my vehicle is in good condition, while I leave my bike to second service and after I get it mileage of the vehicle was very poor not only in city conditions and also in long trip. actual mileage of the bike is 60kmpl but my bike is giving very poor mileage 44kmpl it is very poor performance in city I am driving very properly In spite of that it is not at all good. and

    2. another issue in my bike was fuel kg is not working after 2nd service.

    3. there was no pulling power while driving in 3 and 4th gear

    4. while driving If I apply break it causing some noise

    these are the meager issue of my vehicle. for the 3rd service i told the issues of my vehicle they are also take the issue and said it will be cleared. it will take care of service center super vises but, after I get my vehicle the problem was remaining as same I am very disappointed, once again I complained that my vehicle was in same problem and I leave my bike in the service center last week again the problem remain same. what can I do now because of milage and the class for this two things I bought honda bike but, I didn’t got these both. please solve this issue very soon as possible.

On riding I found that smoke and engine oil are coming out from silencer pipe and engine made a heavy sound. I made a complaint at the time of 1st service and again I found the same problem. Thereafter I made complain on 18.09.2013 and basing on my complain they received the bike on 18.09.2013 and handed me on 20.09.2013 with promise that the defect has been removed and also made an illegal demand of rupees 1228.
    I found same defect and waited for a while and found the above mentioned defects. I again went to the automobile and they received my bike but they did not listen to me.
    I am very unhappy for your services………
    Due to above conduct of your dealer, doubt casted in my mind that the said dealer have cheated me by selling a bike with defective engine knowingly and also making deficiency in service to me as a customer. Hense I request you to replace the defective engine bike which is with the above named dealer within a week, failling which I will constrain to take selter of proper court of law for redressal on that event you are jointly severally will liable to pay cost of litigation along with cost of harassment and mental agony. I purchased Honda dream yuga from Planet Honda T.dasarahalli Bangalore on 3rd may 2013 (ka04 HP 1539).at the time of vehicle delivery it was 7.30pm so ididn’t able to check the vehicle properly and received. Next morning when i go through the vehicle i found some screws missing and crash guard fully rust,left indicator bulb and buzzer not working properly(it is getting ON after 5or10seconds of travel distance and auto OFF).I met sales person kusuma and informed about the problem. She told to contact service department .
    But when i contact person and told about screw and clip missing issues he told that no stock is there in showroom,and about the crash guard he won’t give 1second warranty. Then the indicator he didn’t touch the vehicle(arun)not tried to see the complaint.he told indicator bulb defect is there it should be replace and chargeble. I told even i’m a technician of automobile company how can the bulb and indicator glows after some time if blown.
    Then he told switch problem is there it should be replace.so i told replace,he told that it 100rs chargable.
    But yesterday evening itself i took vehicle delivery i told to service manager .he behaved very badly with me talking in singular words to me.atlest he didn’t’t told me to sit.Is this is the way to behave with customers.finally he didn’t tried to see the vehicle. Atlast myself opened the switch and i saw one brass strip is missing it was manufacturing defect of the part. i went to local mechanic and made it ok.
    But still after 2 free service they didn’t response for screw and clip missing.my vehicle also giving very poor mileage of 45to50 no pickup, engine guard sound.They are only doing washing and oil change that’s all.not even tight the chain.jelly application to battery terminals nothing doing.
    Please I trust in honda.these peoples are spoiling its brand image.please appoint well trained technicians in showroom.Im going for 3rd service not ready to fight with these kind of people.

    Hi, Last June i bought HONDA CBR 150 R from MPL HONDA SHOWROOM, Mandaveli, Chennai, Tamilnadu. It comes with 5 free services. After the first free service i got an annoying noise from its Fuel Tank, but i didnt care about that first and later the noise getting higher and its kind of irritating, So i waited until 2nd free service. At the time of 2nd free service i mentioned the serviceman about problems like Fuel Tank getting hot and Noise from its Tank. The serviceman said the noise is usual, but im not compromised with him, i asked for a another bike of same type to compare the noise and there was no Noise from the other, They refuses to take the complaint, responded bad and insulted me. After the 2nd free service done still i am getting the Heat from the Fuel tank and also they charged Rs.46 for appling Oil mentioned that its a free service.They are destroying Honda’s Brand value for sure.

    I have completed all my free services from the authorized center (Sai Point- Panchpakhadi Thane) of Honda. And also have done three paid services from the same center.

    Below mentioned are the issues that I Have faced during all the services and have kept a nerve to hold them but now its high time and I need to highlight the same to the Management staff of your reputed company: –

    Centre should be carried as Sai point Centre in all the conversations below.

    1. No proper response from the Centre.

    2. Parts not available on time during servicing.

    3. Extra charges levied for the repair of the damages done which were later covered under insurance by the center.

    Now the real story begins…

    I was informed of a free checkup of my vehicle through SMS dated 14th Sep 2013 by your company/centre. When I visited for the free checkup the mechanic (Prakash) just by having a look at the vehicle..believe me not even inspecting it said that the disc brakes have worn out and they need to be replaced.

    Again by just LOOKING at the rear part of the vehicle he said that the liners need to be replaced.

    Many times by the commitment of (Mr Vinod) service manager i done servicing of the vehicle now he is also saying that i have to pay.

    Also the charges levied for the same are as below: –

    1. Disc Brakes Pad replacment- 650 INR

    2. Indicator Switch- 800 INR

    3. Liner- Not yet disclosed

    4. Other labour charges- not yet disclosed

    My vehicle is lying in service center from past 2 days and no one is responding.

    I will not pay a single penny because first of all the charges are too high and the problems stated above have arised after my latest paid service done at the centre.

    Honda team,

    Kindly investigate and take necessary action against Sai Point Panchpakhadi Thane West.

    Please do the needful as soon as possible

On first service i got the response from service center that my byk is having some major problem in engine. as per experts knowledge. they need to open the engine and i can’t bare this because it just one month old byk.

    Dear Naveen,

    as you have instructed, I have given the bike to DIDAR motors, egmore, chennai for servicing and the bike was returned to with the replacements.

    jus today morning ( 04-09-2013) when cleaning the bike i have notice the right out cowl was loose. immediatly i took the bike to DIDAR motor to show this to mr Rajasekar and i mean time Mr Karthik who serviced my vehicle, also reached the first and i showed the bike to him.

    he confirmed that at the time of removing the cowl the outer cowl was just in touch up with Adhesives and it was not intact. immediate after removing the screw the outer cowl fall out. i asked why he didnt reply this to me by the time of replacing the other parts. he being sincere he can only do the job what he was instructed.

    In mean time Mr Rajasekar service incharge of DIDAR Motor, also reached the work shop and i asked him about the damages of the outer cowl and reported that i have seen with make up work done with adhesives and it seems due to vibration it got separated out. he too said that while attending the vehicle there was lots of small small damages and clips were broken and these problem noticed were already mentioned in the job card.

    dear naveen, now we have 100% evidence of damage caused are from the SVM motors only. because the bike i left for service on 1st july 2013 and received it on 5th July 2013 and again after coming from my native place i have given the bike with SVM on 8th july 2013 and received them after one month time and by that time the speedo support panel and plastic cover was damaged and replacement of tank cowl was done with duplicate parts and side out cowl panel was complete with paint droplet spils.

    so after reporting to you i left the vehicle with DIDAR and they have noticed the damages in the inner side of the outer cowl.

    Today, i met Mr Suresh and Mr sunil at there places. but sunil has raised the hand saying, what ever replacement reported was send to DIDAR and this might have happen else where. but the damages have be noticed by DIDAR Motor people. so please do proper scrutiny and get me the right solution.

    Some thing has seriously happened but the SVM people are hiding. i dont know how to handle this. please do the needfull.

    From day one I am facing problem with SVM HONDA,
    1) I have paid money for sword silver color and they tried to deliver black silver color. After long argument with mr hari sales person, they arranged sword silver color, they got this on transfer from surya Honda.
    2) by the time new vehicle delivery, they delivered the bike without saree gaurd and after a month there was a exhibition in that through one of the Honda delhi person I came to know it’s a standard fitment and need to fight and get them.
    3) at the time first service, the damaged the silencer cover and it got repainted and fitted
    4) in next visit they damaged the foot rest and it was fitted with Yamaha footrest. Regarding this I have made complaint to customer care by that time.
    5) after that I went to Coimbator there I delivered the bike to pressana Honda for oil and coolant top up, there the mechanic sathya reported there is need to change the shrim. After two days they delivered the bike as it is, again need to take a fight. Then it was moved to suryabala Honda in coimbatore. it was replaced by mechanic padhmanaban @ a cost of 4500, in mean time there was a recall of all Honda Cbe form replacement of break oil cylinder. That was done along with shrim replacement.
    6)reaching chennai gave the bike for general service with SVM, at the time of delivery only the mech took the bike lost control on ramp hit the steel shelf on way and damaged the number plate. I left it as it is.
    After service, I was not in town to accept the delivery. so ask them make door delivery, in return from native place. I found tank cowl and headlight support cowl broken was visible but the outer right side cowl was damaged but they have made up with adhesive so it was not visible. Since It was in hidden area. It left unnoticed.
    7) gave bike for replacement but this time they have broken the speeding panel support cowl and Handel bar plastic cover. But existing head light cowl part was original and other was fitted with repainted duplicate.
    8) again after report to customer care I was directed by mr Naveen at chennai to DIDAR motors, there after engine rectification and cowl replacement and on my two days trail drive found the makeup of outer cowl came off, it’s clearly visible that it have happen at previous work shop they done the make up with some low quality adhesive it all have got separated. and.Also witness by DIDAR mr rajasekar there was lots of small broken parts and it was all replaced, but outer cowl they tried manage since it was not mentioned by me.
    Now who ever responsible raise hands since I have taken the bike to different workshop. So I need you help to replace the right side outer cowl.

    UNFORTUNTELY, I Purchased my Honda Stunner Bike in January 2013, just because of its looks and brand name of HONDA. I thought after got separated from HERO, Honda will provide a far more better service than HERO. Within 8 months of purchase my bike has started complaining from Engine side. Seems like Engine’s piston rings are worn out. Problems which I am facing are given below:-

    1 Engine:- Engine Starts Burning like FURNACE OR BOILER.
    2 Mileage:- When I purchased this bike it gives an extra ordinary mileage of 60 Km/ltr. but now from last 2 months it giving mileage of 25 KM/ltr.
    3 Chain:- Chain Set not working fine after every week I need to tighten Chain.
    4 Shocker:- Shock Absorber are not working fine.
    5 Sound:- From last 2 months Bike started giving a sound like a 10 year old bike.
    6 Battery- Bike won’t start early morning (Even it doesn’t have Kick Start)
    7 Tyre :- The most cheap part of the bike are tyres. They slip in rainy season, they slip on dust and even they slip on small stones.
    8 Handling:- Handle start shaking just after 4 months.

    If my problem doesn’t get solved then I will never prefer any to even think once of buying HONDA bike. I found this bike to be very good (Except Handling & Tyres) in first 2 months but later on all MISAPPREHENSION gone.

    Right now it has run only 12000 KMs, its engine starts giving sound like a 10 year old bike one of the service engineer comes to the conclusion that the Piston of the bike are damaged, which needs to be replaced.

    I will be thankful to HONDA if they completely REPLACE my bike with a new one because I have gone through a lot because of this bike or at least looking for change of engine and want help on this matter that is it possible or not or at least I want you guys to change the piston of bike.

    In the name of service RAJINDRA HONDA, JHILMIL they just try to make fool of customer. Nobody is even interested to hear what problems does customer is facing. I am totally frustrated with their service quick. They are not serious for their customer problem. Now I want that Honda motors take my bike back if they are not able to resolve the problem.

    I purchased a Honda Dream Yuga, from Thrissur Kerala on January 2013. I am very much disappointed with the service part. When ever I have given them for the service I found each time some of the screws are missing and not properly tightining the bolts. To my surprise I even noticed that they are not washing the bike. The chain was lose and even though instructed them to properly tight the chain, it was not even touched. My bike is having some electrical problem, side indicators, horn enven petrole indicator are not working.

    I strongly recommed that local garages may be given chances to serve us on behalf of this good for nothing dealers.

    dear sir, on 10th Sept. I have taken my activa to Gugnani Honda , Bhubaneswar, Odisha for servicing. After the servicing is completed the my vehicle is required to be washed and polished. I am very sorry to say that on that day I was wait from 9.15 am to 12.30 am. because the pipe was damaged. On asking the washing boy it was told me that despite of our repeatedly notice the manager is not listening to the problem. After all the customers raise their voice the supervisor came with a pipe which is also a damaged one. and i came back without washed and polished. This is not the kind of service I excepted from such a reputed vehicle manufacturer.

    An early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    last november I purchased one unicorn fom Uniride Honda Edappal (kerala), before three month ago bike’s battery get damaged.then I surrender my bike in that showroom for getting warranty because that time I am having the warranty period. I went twice for telling this complaint but they did’ nt give any concession for me.then afta they gave a temporary battery.Till now they did’nt give my battery…so please take any action aginst this petition. …

    last year i purchased a bike honda unicorn from surana honda ,bhopal (MP). since the day of purchasing its having a missing problem in it.. i have to keep the choke on for a while so that it remain started. i went to the service center many time but they were not able to eliminate this problem and its been an year.. i am really fed up of this problem
    did’nt expected such a poor quality and service from honda.

    i had buy Honda shine 1 year back.during this 1 year peroid i had face major issue in bike.
    1. after 4 month of purchasing the bike, my bike battery get discharge continuously, 2 time during my free servicing the i had show this problem to survive center but issue remain same, after huge argument with service center people they replace my old battery with new one but it take almost 1 month to replace the battery during this 1 month i am running the bike with out battery.
    2. My rear wheel tyre set puncher ed several time and wobbling problem. and it air is trap in tyre.
    3. my side stand set rusty within 5 month.no one accept the rust with in 5 month of purchase.
    4. service center people is not even cooperative.

    I have taken HODA Shine Before 7-8 months. My bike having rusty issue near Engine Fitment bolt of cilencer got rusty. I shown to service Enginner when I leave the Bike at Show room. (Sterling Honda – Opp to PCMC, Pimpri Pune. Very bad expirence I got at showrooom. Service Engineer & not responded properly. And not look the issue I have.
    Since this is new bike & no any should get rusty befor at least one year. I also saw some of Shine bikes which are having same series of No. MH14 DU & DV. And some of bikes are having same problem. Sincier request to Customer care please respond to my complaint & should take care for this serious issue.

    I am little confused between seven service provider to whom should i trust.I had serviced my bike( CB UNICORN MH14 DP 3605) at Rohan Honda at Pune. After servicing 03 or 04 Days i have problem in my bike. Many times i am saying when i am driving i want my bike back side is sleeping but they have said not problem. Now i bike servicing on 25 Aug 2013 now my bike problem is sound in my back side. Your company service is totally bad experience for me. It request you to get me the solution for my problem.Kindly provide the tech. person for check my bike & solve problem.

    I gave my Honda Unicorn bike for service to JSP Honda service centre at annanagar west (Chennai – Tamilnadu) on 21-Aug-13. but till they have not returned the bike even after 3days. Whenever I am calling over phone they are not responding me properly and they are not giving the exact delivery time. They don’t even know to log complaints. Very worst service.

    I have purchased Honda shine in Apr 2011. I always facing problems with Pimpri offices. KSB chowk and pimpri branch. Compare to other motor bikes Honda shine is too costly and maintenance is too much costly. spare parts not available showroom when required. They always told spare parts not available now. I observed so many times spare parts not available in showroom. Within 2 years I need to change speed meter gear box with set. single part not available in any showroom . We need to purchases set of any spare parts. which compare to other companies spare parts easily available anywhere, but Honda bikes parts not available, Spare parts available in company showroom only sometime. Not immediate they ordered for spare parts then after 1 month will get. spare parts too costly and life is very minimum duration compare to other companies. Honda bikes need to stop 2 wheeler production.Otherwise customer will facing so many problems.

    I am little confused between two service provider to whom should i trust.I had serviced my bike( CB UNICORN MHO2 FB 2013) at Sai Point Automobiles Pvt.LTD at Miraroad(e) on 08 july 2013.It was not serviced & checked as my problem was FRONT Fork became too hard,brakes were not proper(disc padset & shoes set brake was newly paced),chain noise,rear wheel was not freely moving etc.I had asked the supervisor as he had checked the bike after servicing his answer was no.After a weeks time i again visited the service station i.e on 15 july 2013 with the above mentioned query(as i was out of town).Again after rejecting thrice (from momday to wednesday).i took my bike clearing all my dues(Rs 3525).But sorry to say that i had suffered with neck & shoulder pain due fork jerk(i had medical proof also).Finaly i moved to Venetian (Hem agencies at borivali (e).He had again changed same parts which was replaced a week before(fork oil,disc pad set,engine oil,rear shoe set brake etc.I also had old parts with me and very disappointed with disc pad as one both were old. as per new advisor.Here i am sattisfied not 100% but it was better than bitter after again paying (Rs-4349).it is not worth to spend such huge amount twice for replacement of same parts from authorised stations.It request you to refund me my first service amount as it is very big for me.Kindly provide you mail id so that i can send you the proof along with images.

    wen eva i visit d showroom, dey simply say”the truck is on d way from hariyana” and the truck is still comming since more dan 15 days.. am gonna cancel ma order and get rid of dose bastrads… honda dealership s really worst. i dunno evn whom to rise the complain… somebody pls reply me with the propr complaint no for ma issue

    Booked a Honda Active – Grey colour on 10th July 2013 in Lodha Honda, Sanatorium. after four days, when i want to know the status, called the dealer, i am unable to reach by telephones… Numbers either engaged or busy…

    When gone to the dealer office again on 16th July to know the status. No proper reply.
    The colour allocating girl is leave on that day, so no one will help..

    CRM, ask me to call her in the evening she will tell whether the colour is received or not.

    when i called her mobile no in the evening, somebody comes the lines and say “she is talking to the customer ask me to call after 15 min”. I said every time i called not able to reach, ask her to call me and tell whether the colour is available or not?

    No calls received till date…. I know only 7 days gone…. but is this the way to response customer’s query?

    They all try to make the full payment, but not ready to give the proper service!

    Ask about the 1.9% service charge on the credit ore debit card, the Manager reply is shocking!!

    The way in which he speak, it is not at all customer friendly….His attitude say “If I want I can buy with their conditions otherwise just go We don’t bother ”

    totally i am not satisfy with Lodha Honda response and service,

    Now i thinking whether i should go to Honda Activa or buy it from Mahindra two wheeler..
