    i was shocked by the answer and you would be more shocked than me to have this type of employee’s in your team.
    i stood in a long que for my chance and when my chance came i described my problem to your expert mr vatsal.
    he didnt even entertain me by listening my problem carefully.
    then when i insisted to look and understand the problem he told me that there is problem in your hard disk.
    i told okey get it repaired i will pay for it .
    then he told me “that why are you coming to care center you go and get it replaced from the shop opposite to your shop”.
    i told him no i dont trust others , then also he told me that we would not do your job get your hard disk from outside.
    i had more work to do then yours so i had it replaced by other shop.
    but then also my laptop was not working then they checked my old hard disk it was working properly.
    i had paid 5000/- for the new disk.
    it all has gone my money in waste becoz of yours employee’s illetreatness
    and lack of knowledge.
    then i went to the care center on the other day it was 9/1/14.
    i told him to diagnose the problem properly. he told me it will charge higher then that shop on the opp. side. i told i will pay for it . then he opened my laptop but due to lack of complete knowledge he was not to tell me about the problem, then he told me to keep the laptop with them i told okey it would be safe in yours center , i asked for a receipt then he told me no , i will not give , so i asked why ? he told me that this is our company policy. i was shocked and angry i took the laptop back and mailing you my griveness and hope that it would be a fast answer.
    i came to know that your employees are having a commission system from the opp. shop!!!!!
    i m feeling deeply insulted and frustrated from your side.
    i had already lost my 5000/- rs and more imp. then them my 3 days of work.
    a faster reply from your side would be appreciated.

    If problem is such major, why dont you replace the whole defective phone with a new one. After Sales Service of Lenovo is very disappointing.

    For Lenovo I would say “Naam badde aur darshan chotte”
    i have made several E-mails to lencare@support.com but reply comes after a week or so. Its disappointing.

    I have purchased Lenovo Idea Tab 30 days ago. Now it is not getting switched on. I wrote mail to india@lenovoreg.com for registration, and there after mails are going here and there but no solution as of yet. Every time I call customer care they say that ” We understand the problem.” Since, last 10 days after I raised complaint, they are still understanding the problem but not solving it. Pathetic products and worst customer support on planet Earth.

    i purchased a lenovo P770 on June 5th of this year. In the recent times, i have been experiences severe battery deterioration even when the mobile is idle. It is also heated to a very large extent that i cant even keep it in my pocket. The Power on/off screen is also very hard to press.

      problem in my phone a390 is not being solved by the service providers they instructed me to register my phone for warranty first and i sent the bill image and IMEI No. 2 days earlier but unfortunately there has not been any response from them neither my phone is being registered nor the problem is being solved in the service centre. they say they can do nothing for the registration and when i call the no 18601803425 which is not toll free they also say the same thing that they cannot do anything regarding the registration the warranty department is different. Tell me one thing where will the customer go for his problem to china ?? practically not and such a inane procedures you have only customers suffer.
      very disappointed by choosing Lenovo smartphone please improve the service, you are spreading only negativity about your company which is definitely not good for company’s growth.
