    I have Lenovo Z560 laptop, which is 2yrs old ,due to some issues i installed new windows 7 and drivers in to my laptop , when i was installing the drivers i found BIOS System Drivers which compatable to Z560 , i installed that one tooo… here start the problem , when i was installing the drivers which removes the old BIOS drivers and Reboot immidiately with installing the new ones, after reboot done ,which shows first blank screen wiuth lenovo logo and bottom of the screen press F2 and F12 , thats it which doesn’t go further from this screen , even i press anything like F2 and F12 , which is not getting in BIOS , because those BIOS drivers are already removed, can Please anybody help on this issue..?

    Also i would like to share my harrasment with Lenovo A269i, I purchased the said no mobile from Rajkot[Gujarat] with full joy that I HAVE PURCHASED A LONOVO MOBILE but after usage of only 11/2 month its got not working properly and after conclusion of the service station at Rajkot, the Touch pad is not working proerply,they told me to take the repaired cell after 1-week, when i get back the cell the problem is still as it was means, the touch pad was not changed, but only try to change my mind.

    After that they became regretted and asked for 4-days to get it repaired, and after 5-days it was repaired but the back panel behind battery was changed and even today I was unable to understand the repairing process, Today my cell is working average. I would like to get awareness to entire customers of Lenove Mobile , pls be sure while purchasing, for service and for quality.

    Dear Sir ,
    I purchased a lenovo laptop (G570.i5,500 GB,4GB,15 inch) from oxygen digital shop Cochin in 2012 may with extended warranty.From 2013 July it started to shows complaint.The laptop failed to start after going to the stand by mode.then it took 3 or 4 days to start the machine(start button LED is glowing ,System ON indication glowing, FAN and CD not working). Again it failed in the stand by mode.Then I Approached oxygen laptop care center for service.They told me that it was a software problem.after two days they informed me that it was the problem of hard dish and they replaced it.I collected back my laptop after service.After two days the same problems were repeated (not starting after stand by or hibernate mode-take two or three days for again start the machine,start button LED is glowing,Fan not working). After 1 month I again send it to service.At that time they told me that it was the problem of start button.I collected it back after service.After 3 days the same problem repeated.3 rd time I send it for service.At that time they told me that there was a problem in the chip and board and heat treatment some thing can be apply to rectify it .It will take 14 days for rectifying the problem.after 3 days they called me back and informed me that problem is with the Bios chip and have to reprogram it and they have rectified the problem.After 4days the same problem was repeated.At that time I called the service manager and gave a complaint about the irresponsible service from their side.At that time they considered it as serious and informed me that they will make a detailed inspection on the system.Then they told me that the board has to be replaced. After 2 week they informed me that they have rectified the problem.After 3 months the same problem again repeated ( Some times the system not ON,only power LED is glowing).
    Sir I have recommended lot of my students to purchase Lenovo laptop.But now I am regretting on it.The service from your side is poor. For each service I have to travel 40 kms.Lot of my work were pending during each service . Around 2 months my laptop were with the Oxygen care center.Around 6 months I could not use my laptop. Now it is not working,the previous problem is repeating.Sir I am very much sad because of your product.Sir please consider my complaint and make a solution for it.

    This is Ishwari Dighe, was a proud lenovo user.It is my painful dis-satisfactory feedback and complaint about lenovo service centers and their repairs.I have Lenovo S820 Row mobile phone of 12 MP front camera which is in warranty and was working very much properly when it was new then it started becoming blur and even i found range problems.I went to lenovo service center in Pune at Shivaji Nagar named as Fourtech Computers.On 27th September 2014, IMEI No-862808021253490, which they assured me of giving it on 4th October 2014,I went on 6th October to collect my phone which I was told that is still not repaired.After this they again assured me of giving my phone repaired till 10th October,I purposely gave them time to repair and provide my phone totally repaired and i went again to the service center which is 20 km.s away from my house to pick my REPAIRED phone.On 13th October I was made to sit for an hour or two because the phone was still not repaired and after they gave me my repaired phone as they say,I checked the phone and I was dissatisfied.They changed the camera 3 times finally the problem was solved for the time being,after 2 to 3 days I am still facing the same problem.I went again to complaint on 5th November 2014,I asked them to repair my phone in front of me but as they denied to do so I asked them to order the parts required and as the manager was not in position I was left unanswered. IMEI NO-862808021253490.On 8th November 2014,when I went back to get my phone repaired and ask the reason of what they did last time when the phone was submitted I was abused and answered abruptly by Mr. More,the manager of the service center.I am totally dissatisfied and insulted by this person.He totally denies his responsibility and blames the Lenovo company every time.The engineer who repaired my phone the last time that is on 13th October,did not tighten the screws well of the handset after changing the camera and PCB.When I opened my phone in the service center the cover was removed but the screw fell and the PCB cover was opened.The manager blamed me for physical damage which was not actually physical damage but irresponsibility of the engineer.On 8th November 2014,I have submitted my phone again for repairing to the same service center,same IMEI No. which they have assured me of giving it on this Saturday that is 15th November 2014.I am totally frustrated by the behavior and response of the Manager and I claim this as mental harassment.Please give me my phone totally repaired or please give me my cash back that i invested on this phone or if the phone is not repairable please provide me a non-defective newly packed piece…!!I want some solution for this issue.Please resolve my problem.

      hi ishwari …with the same set i also facing too much problem .mother board has got damaged..my phone is in service centre from last three month and no body is trying to resolve my case..lenovo employess directly said do wahtever you want to do.. and i have all written proof from last 3 months .six job sheet,written conversation,all emails at different ids provided by lenovo……there is no way to direct contact to senior management …plz can you suggest wht should i do??either i should go for case in court aur there is another way to resolve this problem

    My smart phone Lenovo s660 model number has bin not working properly then I have reached service center or I have tell me about my problem than service center person Sanjay Bhardwaj say your phone is liquid damage if you can repair it it’s playable. now I agree with him than I have given my mobile at 03 September till date I have many times to phone call about customer care or service center but same answer given to me one more week to delay because the company not approve your part requirements. today is 22 days complete but my phone is not repaired. so kindly do the need full it. or solve my problem.
