    I am the holder of credit card no.5523441001118713. On 23rd Aug 2013 myself with family left India on vacation to UK & Ireland. While coming I arranged for payment of Sept 2013. My brother while writing the cheque amount erroneously mentioned Rs.27800/- instead of Rs.28600/- resulted short payment of Rs.800/-. On receipt of monthly statement for Oct 2013 by mail I observed the error which is not intentional. From Oct 2013 statement I noticed that there was a debit of Rs.700/- towards late fee & Rs.440/- towards finance charges. As the short payment of Rs.800/- is human error and not intentional. You are requested to look into the details and arrange for reversal of late fee. I will be back to India only during last week of FEB 2014. Hope you will do the needful and send a confirmatory mail.

    This is to reference of dispute with Credit card no 4617872001524247 . In month of jan 2013 i used credit card but due to some problem with merchant its decline but i received sms from bank my amount debited . i informed bank same about the issue they assure me after 20 days that amount will reflect in my account till the time i cant use that amount. when i received bill i notice it to showing in my bill ,again i inform bank they told me i have send writing complain to chennai office, i did that alsoo many email to customer care but no solution till month of may , Then i stop payment.One Manager came to meet my house he also give assurance that he will take care of my problem provided i made payment but sorry to say after payment he don’t bother to reply my email .again i did same think because i am not getting any solution. Almost every day people ar e calling me about my card payment i asked kindly revers my amount and all finance charges what forcefully charged on me i will make payment and continue the relation with HDFC Credit bank . one of bank employee asking me to closed relation with bank and make all payment with install basis. Some how i agree with him because last few months i m really upset with HDFC Bank because of misguide from the beginning. One person from bank telling me ,I will receive call from chennai office after that i should make by cash .i have not received any letter or email from chennai office so i disagree to mak e payment. One Manager called me from bank and Abused me . If bank want bank can verify with Mr Rakesh from collection department .and that call i received from 02261204781. I received call from different number and getting different information .some one telling after received mail from chennai then only pay. others telling make payment you will receive letter.for my relff i called hdfc customer care Miss Laxmi also told me not to pay till you ar e not received letter from Bank. I got so many calles from above mention number and one person abused me. Now it is to-much ,i m not understand why they forced me to pay by cash ? why they not ready to accept cheque . Cheque is proper document and all transaction should be in proper way.

    kindly look on this matter or else i will go to consumer court .
